Siltbuster is one of the UK’s leading water treatment solutions providers for on-site water treatment, wastewater processing and the prevention of waterborne pollution.
Siltbuster approached us for the creation of their new international business website, to give users a better experience. They wanted to: increase sales leads, clearly showcase their solutions, better define the sectors they operate within and keep customers up-to-date with their latest innovations, projects and events. They also wanted a website where users can book training and check the availability of equipment for sale or hire.
To support lead generation through the responsive website we provided multiple contact options throughout, ensuring users can engage at every opportunity. We rebuilt the site architecture so that users navigate via the industrial sector they work in, providing links to available solutions within one click from the home page. We built an extensive, searchable case study library linked to each solution, to help support key benefits with real-world working operations. Users can check equipment availability in real-time, book and pay for training online, download key resources, and engage in a live chat with engineers. With the majority of Siltbuster customers on-site and outdoors, it was important to ensure mobile access was prioritised for a truly responsive website and is quick and easy to use.
The Siltbuster WordPress website is a bespoke design and build, created in our studio, designed around the business and the brand and not an off-the-shelf template. We ensure that updating website content is quick, easy and efficient and with every build, we also provide a suite of training videos to refer to when they are making edits to the website via our WordPress Visual Editor. To maintain site longevity all our sites come with one year of maintenance as standard, and we can provide hosting.
